Self Defence

All Tallack Martial Arts students learn self defence through our various styles of martial arts. We are strong believers in the importance of all ages learning how to defend themselves in many different types of scenarios.

Tallack Martial Arts on occasion goes out into the community to help teach groups the basics of self defence. We cover effective self defence techniques in real life scenarios, such as different types of holds, the importance of getting off the ground, how to draw attention to yourself, and how to get away from any position you may end up in.
